1. Exchange Eligibility
Products can be exchanged if:
- The item received is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- Size issues occur (subject to availability)
Exchange requests must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the order.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept exchanges for:
- Used or washed items
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Customized or altered products
3. Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable if:
- The product is out of stock after payment
- The order cannot be fulfilled
- A defective item cannot be replaced
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
4. Exchange Procedure
To request an exchange:

- Share clear pictures of the product (if damaged/wrong item)
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process
5. Shipping Charges
- Customers may bear exchange shipping charges unless the mistake is from our side.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
