At Fozias Wear, we aim to ensure your satisfaction. Items purchased online are eligible for exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

Incorrect Size: The size delivered does not match the order placed.

Manufacturing Fault: A complaint must be registered within 2–3 days of receiving the item.

Notification: You must inform us of your intent to exchange via email, SMS, or phone call within 7 working days of delivery.

Original Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags intact and no stains, odors, or signs of use.

Invoice: The original invoice must be included with the returned item.
